While our models are a great starting point for visualizing your design, they serve as conceptual drafts and should be complemented by engineering plans and architectural requirements to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Here’s how our process works:
First Draft: We’ll deliver an initial version of your 3D timber frame model for your review.
Revisions: Based on your feedback, we’ll make any necessary adjustments or corrections.
Final Draft: Once you’re happy with the changes, we’ll provide you with the finalized version of your project’s 3D model.

Any revisions requested after the Final Draft has been delivered, such as change orders, adjustments due to changes in engineering, or modifications based on different measurements applied during construction, will incur an hourly fee of $85.
